වඩාත්ම ප්රවේශම් සහගත තත්වය වන්නේ බිත්තිය අසල්වැසියාගේ ඉඩමේ සම්පූර්ණයෙන්ම පිහිටා ඇති විටය. එවැනි අවස්ථාවක බිත්තිය ඔබේ පැත්තේ වුවද, අසල්වැසියෙකුගේ අවසරයකින් තොරව එය අනවශ්ය ලෙස ස්පර්ශ කිරීම හෝ පින්තාරු කිරීම නීත්යානුකූලව වෙනත් කෙනෙකුගේ දේපළට අනවසරයෙන් ඇතුළුවීමක් (අනවසරයෙන් ඇතුළුවීමක්) ලෙස අර්ථ දැක්විය හැකිය. එබැවින් බිත්තිය 100% අසල්වැසියා සතු නම්, නීතිමය අවදානම වළක්වා ගැනීම සඳහා ඔහුගේ ලිඛිත හෝ වාචික අවසරය ලබා ගැනීම ඥානවන්ත ය.
බිත්තිය පොදු හෝ තනි වුවත්, එහි ව්යුහයට හානි කිරීමට කිසිදු පාර්ශ්වයකට අයිතියක් නැත. විශේෂයෙන් පොදු බිත්තියක් නම්, අනෙක් පාර්ශ්වයේ කැමැත්තෙන් තොරව බිත්තිය සිදුරු කිරීම, කොටසක් කැඩීම හෝ එහි උස වැඩි කිරීම වැනි දේවල් කළ නොහැක. බිත්තියක් පිළිබඳව සාකච්ඡා කිරීම සහ එකඟතාවයකට පැමිණීම හෝ ග්රිල් එකක් සවි කිරීම යන දෙකම අනාගත නඩු වලට වඩා බෙහෙවින් ලාභදායී වේ. පොදු නීතිමය පිළිගැනීම නම්, බිත්තිය කඩා වැටී කඩා වැටුනහොත් නැවත ගොඩනැගීමේ පිරිවැය දෙපාර්ශවය විසින්ම බෙදා ගත යුතු බවයි. නමුත් යම් අවස්ථාවක දී, එක් පුද්ගලයෙකුගේ වරදක් හෝ නොසැලකිලිමත්කම මගින් විනාශය ඔප්පු වුවහොත්, එය පාර්ශවයට දැරිය යුතු වගකීම සහ වියදම තීරණය කළ හැකිය.
අවසාන වශයෙන්, බිත්තිය ආශ්රිත ගැටළුවක් ඇති වූ විට පොලිසියට කෙලින්ම දිව යාමෙන් විසඳුම නොලැබෙනු ඇත. මන්ද පොලිසියට බලය ඇත්තේ සාමය ආරක්ෂා කිරීමට මිස ඉඩම් අයිතිය හෝ සීමාවන් තීරණය කිරීමට නොවේ. එබැවින් මෙවැනි ගැටලුවකදී, ප්රාදේශීය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සන්ධාන මූලස්ථානයට යාම කාලය සහ මුදල් ඉතිරි කරන වඩාත්ම සාර්ථක තාක්ෂණයයි. අසල්වැසියා තාප්පයක් උඩින් තරහ කරවනවාට වඩා, ගැටලුව විසඳීම සඳහා නීතිය සහ මනුෂ්යත්වය තේරුම් ගැනීම සැමවිටම වටී. මෙය සාමාන්ය නීතිමය දැනුමක් පමණක් වන අතර, ඔබේ ගැටලුවේ ස්වභාවය අනුව නීතිඥ උපදෙස් ලබා ගැනීම වඩා හොඳ බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.
