What You'll Do:
✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
✅ Assist with orders, shipping, returns, and product details
✅ Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
✅ Document customer interactions in our CRM system
✅ Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
✅ Escalate complex issues when necessary
✅ Contribute to improving customer service policies
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in customer support (preferably in e-commerce)
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
✔ Proficiency in customer service software & Microsoft Office
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
✔ Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
Bonus Points For:
⭐ Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
⭐ Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools
