The Movement for Land and Agricultural Reform (MONLAR) invites applications for the position of Provincial Mobilizers.
Department : People Mobilizing, Empowerment and Advocacy
Work Location : Field-based within the province and Head Office, as required
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support field activities.
• Act as a liaison between MONLAR and community groups
• Organize meetings, training programs, and advocacy activities
• Support capacity building of farmers, women, and youth
• Coordinate provincial- and national-level campaigns
• Collect data and submit timely reports
Qualifications
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in community mobilization or development work
• Degree in Agriculture, Social Sciences or a related field
• Experience working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work closely with grassroots communities
